Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within Canada on all orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 pm (EST) Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). After this time, the shipment is delivered to the carrier company and is ready for transit.
- Transit time: 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
Once we have received and processed your returned item, you can expect your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking code via email. You can also track your order through our Track Order page on the website.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada.
How can I exchange a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. However, you can return your items within 30 days and place a new order for any different size or style you wish.
